Happy Anniversary....Wow 20 years!!!

There seems to be so many things that have made me reflect on how fast time passes lately.  The two main things are that today is our 20th Wedding Anniversary, and in July I turn 40! YIKES!!!  Two huge milestones in one year, talk about feeling old!!!  But I don't feel old, and except for the memories of living through my 20's and 30's my mind doesn't really feel that different, my body however is a completely different story!!

In the 20 years that we've been married, Bill and I have lived in 11 different places moving all of those in the first 12 years.  We've finally settled down I guess, because we've been in our house now for 8 years.  Bill and I have a great dynamic, we get along fantastically and very seldom disagree.  Our biggest disagreements have been about the kids and discipline!  Mostly my lack of it...in all aspects!!! He has lots of patience with me and I am very grateful he chose me to be his eternal companion, I love him more and more everyday!!! 

I love that we can be supportive of each other in our passions!  He has never criticized my desire to try new things or when I have fallen in or out of love with a new hobby, or all the things I buy because I want to do it and it just sits in a drawer or box somewhere forgotten or lack of desire to finish it because I've found something else I have to try!  I love that he has fun with his hobby or should I say addiction to golf!  Its wonderful that it is something that him and Jesse can enjoy together, it helps him relax and he truly loves it, and hopefully soon I can take my lessons!!  Spending time together is a favorite of ours, but its also awesome that we can do stuff without each other without feeling guilty for doing so.  Marriage is such a process of learning, and giving, heartache and bliss and I've loved every day of it with you Bill!!!!  I love you!!!
