OK out of order again!!! In October Bill had a friend at work give him tickets to see Cher. Once before we went to Vegas and tried to see her but she canceled because she was sick, so we were a little worried about trying it again. Well, at least I was, I hate Vegas! Its always fun to go on a trip with Bill, and we had fun, but Vegas is not on the top of my list for sure!

Since we don't love Vegas and we don't gamble, we took a ride out to Hoover Dam to see the new bridge they put over the dam. The last time we were here they had just started it. It was pretty cool, it was the opening day and the only way to go on the bridge was to take a tour bus so we just drove down to the old part and got our picture of it.

My dear husband loves Cher, his family used to watch the Sonny and Cher show as a kid and he's always loved her music. Well, he's been wanting to go see her in Vegas and we tried once before unsuccessfully, but this time she didn't disappoint...well sorta! The show was great, what there was of it. We were there for 1 1/2 hours and she does so many costume changes that she was probably on the stage for only 45 min of it, plus a lot of her songs they mashed together and did medleys. When you love her music its hard to sit through a medley, you want the whole song!! I think he was glad we didn't pay for the tickets, but was glad we still got to see her. One more thing crossed off his bucket list!

We paid $45 a piece to see Bodies The Exhibition in Vegas and found out a month later they were bringing it to Idaho Falls for $10 a piece. It was very cool though and I saw it again here, it was better the second time!

Mandalay Bay has an Aquarium in their Hotel so we went and paid to see that. Geez for anyone who thought Vegas was cheap, huh not if you don't see free stuff!!!! ;-P

the Komodo Dragon

We had dinner one night at Margaritaville, if your not a Jimmy Buffet fan you might not know, but Bill is enjoying his "Cheeseburger in Paradise"!!!

This was our waiter - don't you like his "Pencil Thin Mustache" I thought it was cool!!!

We took a ride down to Fremont Street to check out the laser show. Here is Bill in front of the Four Queens.

More excitement on Fremont Street.

time to go home, a fun trip but nice to leave!!!
