My kids just keep dipping them in all the colors and they go brown. They like the crayon and this year they used paint brushes.
Don't you just love coloring Easter eggs? I remember as a kids it was the highlight of easter for me. I must get it from my mother, she still does it even though there are no kids there, she gets carried away though she colors the non hard boiled eggs too!!!

We didn't even get a crayon in our kit this year. I was bummed.
